Shipping Policy/Return Policy


Maintaining the quality of our product is our utmost priority, and therefore we only offer overnight and second day shipping thru UPS . (During certain times of the year, we will only be able to offer overnight shipping in order to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition) Although your order may be delivering to a nice cool climate,our factory is located in sunny South Florida, and we wouldn’t compromise your product and risk the potential of melting that comes with using traditional ground transportation service. All products are shipped in either styrofoam coolers or styrofoam filled shipping envelopes. Moisture resistant ice packs are also included in all shipments, along with bubble wrap to fill void space as needed.


Orders received Monday through Thursday by 11AM EST are shipped by the end of day. Orders placed after 11AM EST Thursday through Sunday ship the first business day the following week.

You may select either of the following overnite options:

Next Day Air (Next Business Day) typically by 10:30 a.m. 

  • Guaranteed overnight delivery for your day-definite shipments. Ideal for packages that need to be delivered early in the business day.

Next Day Air Saver (Next Business Day) typically by 3:00 p.m 

  • Choose this option when overnight delivery the next afternoon meets your needs. Ideal for packages that need to be delivered by the end of the next business day.


Orders placed Monday thru Wednesday by 11AM EST are shipped by end of day (Orders received after 11 AM Wednesday through Sunday ship the first business day the following week).

Orders shipped using the second day air option will arrive by the end of day two days after leaving our facility.

NOTE: For the free third day shipping option on our Artisan Chocolate Treats, orders received after 11 AM Tuesday will be shipped the first business day of the following week.

As mentioned in our above shipping policy, we take great care to pack and ship your order so that it arrives in excellent condition. If , upon your receipt of your order, you are unsatisfied with its condition or quality, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at 561-562-5731 so that we can either credit your account or replace your merchandise.
